Return Policy
At RecorderGear.com our goal is to create satisfied customers. We strive to offer the best products and services so that our customers will return again and again. To ensure 100% satisfaction we offer great customer service, competitive prices, high quality products, and a 15 day no questions asked return policy! If you are not satisfied with your product for whatever reason, you may return it for a full refund, the item must be shipped back within 15 days of receiving it, no restocking fee (refund less original shipping cost)! All you have to do is pay postage to return the item.
If the item is not defective and returned between 15-30 days of delivery you are responsible for the return shipping costs and a restocking fee of 20 percent. On items returned within 30 days of delivery, we will only pay the return shipping costs if the product is defective or the return is a result of our error. No returns will be accepted after 30 days. We will credit you in the same manner as your original payment within 7 days of receiving the returned item. All refunds on returned products does not include the original shipping cost.
Exchanges
Limit of 1 exchange per customer. Must be done within 15 days of receiving product. Customer will be credited or charged for the difference in product cost. Exchanged product will shipped out from us within 5 business days of receiving the returned product.
Please contacted us at info@recordergear.com for an RMA (return merchandise authorization) number before attempting any return. RMA must be referenced on the outside of the box for proper tracking.

How and when we Ship
All orders placed before 3pm eastern standard time are shipped same day! We ship most packages within 24 hours by UPS, FedEx or USPS Ground (3-7 Day). This allows them to be tracked and insured for loss or damage. You can select your shipping option at check-out. UPS and FedEx do not pick up nor deliver on weekends or holidays
Processing Time
• Estimated Processing Time + Estimated Shipping Time = Estimated Total Delivery Time
• PLEASE NOTE, if your order ships via normal Next Day Air on Fridays, they will arrive on the following Monday.
• Business days exclude Saturdays, Sundays, and major holidays.
• Estimated Total Delivery Time applies to all in-stock products only (no pre-orders, or back orders)
• If we must review an order for security reasons, that review may cause the Estimated Delivery Time to be delayed.
• We cannot guarantee Estimated Shipping Time. The delivery companies determine these times; however, we will expedite all orders to the best of our ability. If your shipment during transit is delayed due to weather or force of nature reasons, we are not responsible and cannot refund you for these shipping costs.
Signature Required
All RecorderGear.com Orders are shipped "Signature Required" due to current online store regulations. You may also contact UPS (800-PICK-UPS) or FEDEX (800-GO-FEDEX) directly to request for the carrier to hold your package at the nearest facility so you may pick up your shipment at your earliest convenience. Please keep in mind that each carrier requires a valid ID upon pickup.
International Orders
We ship International Orders Worldwide most orders will ship via DHL. PLEASE NOTE: Because of distribution agreements, we cannot ship any OLYMPUS products out of the USA.
