At RecorderGear our goal is to create satisfied customers. We strive to offer the best products and services. To ensure 100% satisfaction we provide a 30-day return policy.

HOW DO I INITIATE A RETURN?
E-mail us at support@recordergear.com to receive an RMA number (return merchandise authorization). This is a requirement for all return requests.

RETURN GUIDELINES
- You must obtain an RMA number before a return can be initiated.
– The 30-day return period begins the day you receive your product.
– Refunds are based on the price price paid for the product, no shipping cost will be refunded.
– Write your RMA number on the outside of the shipping package, not on the product packaging
– Any return without an RMA number will we incur a 20% restock fee
- The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
– When shipping your product back, we recommend you retain the tracking number so you can see when it arrives to us.
– No return for refunds will be accepted beyond the 30 day allowance.

WHAT IS AN RMA NUMBER?
We associate this number with your return so we can track and quickly process your warranty once it is received.

HOW IS MY REFUND PROCESSED?
– Typically we will process your refund within 3 business days of receiving your returned item.
– Once the refund is issued; it may take 3-7 business days for the funds to be show up on your bank/credit card (or paypal account).
